What is it?

 It is a program developed by the Continuous Improvement office that provides a platform for improvement efforts by different departments and operations to be recognized by competing in a friendly competition held twice a year. The objective is to drive the Continuous Improvement Culture throughout all of Argos while shedding some light on the hard work and efforts that the employees are making to improve Argos to build a better tomorrow.

Who is it for?

As this is the 1st semester of the CI Champions, it is currently for the CMT and RMX operations. Don’t worry!! This will open up to other departments very soon!

How do I enter?

Submit your project ideas through the CI Champions Opportunity Submission for found on the CI Sharepoint Site or by scanning the QR Code. From those submission, projects will be evaluated and approved by the Sponsors.
