This year, we are excited to be launching the “When In Doubt, Speak Out” campaign. Here we will be exploring some of the difficult situations we might face while performing our duties as representatives of Argos USA.
When facing these situations, it is important to remember that you are not alone and that their are channels in place to help direct and guide you to receive the answers or help you need. That is why it is so important for you to SPEAK OUT and seek guidance. If you have a genuine concern about a possible breach of the Code, you must speak up about it.
There are five ways you can report your concerns. Throughout this campaign, “Speak Out” means to inform any of the following:

- Your HR manager
- Legal
- Compliance
- Transparency Hotline
Over this next year, we will highlight areas where employees face the most potential challenges and explain the importance of reporting these situations through appropriate channels. We will cover issues regarding

- Health and Safety
- Fraud & Theft
- Breach of Laws (e.g., Antitrust, Anti-Money Laundering)
- Unethical Behavior
- Human/Labor Rights Violations
- Workplace Drug & Alcohol Abuse
