At the planning area we have the best tools for the contribution of a better financial performance of the company, especially when we face high economic volatility scenarios, uncertainty, and important transformations, such as those we are currently experiencing.

In 2023 we will face great challenges, so we invite you to build a budget which will be your guide when setting priorities, establishing short- and long-term objectives, seeking savings in costs and expenses that offset recent increases and make better use and allocation of resources

Below are the macroeconomic assumptions (inflation, exchange rates and GDP) for each of the countries where we have presence:

Important dates to keep in mind:

SG&A and Cost Load in BPC-PL: the upload of costs and SG&A in BPC-PL must be charge no later than September 24. Before loading, prior approval must be obtained from the corresponding regional or corporate vice-presidencies.

P&L Load in Consolidation tool: the P&L load in the financial consolidation tool will be made by company, up to net income, and must be completed before October 21. To proceed with it, prior approval is required by the corresponding regional vice- presidency.

*Each region will define the deadlines to carry out the activities that lead to the budget of its results in 2023.

Some premises you should consider:

  • Please note that you should not budget for technical or corporate training expenses as these are budgeted centrally in CECOS and specific accounts, and are under the responsibility of the People and Transformation Vice Presidency.
