The possibility of automating the construction process allows you to reduce time, increase labor productivity, optimize the use of materials and reduce waste. In 2023 we acquired and installed a 3D printing system in Colombia, a technology that allows us to create concrete structures in a unique and personalized way. Thus, we seek to advance and automate home construction through the development of ink, equipment and software that adapts to the needs of the builder.

• GenAI – Generative chatbot and conversational analysis: We are developing a generative chatbot to interact with our customers in a more intuitive and efficient way. This technology will allow us to explore a conversational interface to carry out analysis and have insights in business processes such as manufacturing and purchasing. With GenAI we seek to provide our clients with a personalized experience and facilitate informed decision making in real time.
• Optimization of aggregates in concrete and supply plants: In the concrete sector, we are implementing an optimization model for the management of aggregates in our plants and the supply of materials. This approach will help us optimize production and minimize operating costs, which will result in a significant improvement in our competitiveness in the market.
